Over the course of three weeks,  I challanged myself to make motion pieces on the fly.

Inspired by concrete poems:  the aim was to use words and letters as graphic elements.

The audio is taken from a phonetic explanation of the letter ‘T’.

The motion builds up to a graphic negation of the letter, made up of words that begin with the same letter.

The aim of this was to explore the ways I could design “You & I”

You’ll notice that the letters are inside each other as a recurring design element.

This was set to the Jodeci instrumental “Freek’n You”

Featuring original sound design by Vinh Bui.

This could be looked at as a poetic portrayal of a title.

The inspiration behind the motion is the revealling of through sliding doors.

Another graphic inspiration was locking eyes on someone inside a subway cart, as they whisk away.
